Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TransitEU iOS application and any ancillary services operated by Måns Nödtveidt (the "Operator").

1. Acceptance

By installing or using TransitEU you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's End User Licence Agreement.

3. Subscriptions

TransitEU Premium is an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Where you have started a free trial and your subscription has not yet been billed, you may cancel without obligation. By starting an active paid subscription you explicitly consent to immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal upon use, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

Departure information is provided by independent transit operators ("Providers"). We pass through the data they make available; we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Do not rely on the App as your sole source of departure information when missing a departure has real consequences.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, save where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.
